What we are and what we are not

BZKNEES FACTORING purchases accounts receivable. Factoring is a purchase of an asset, not a loan. We are not a bank, we are not a licensed lender, and we are not a financial advisor, an accountant, or a law firm. Nothing on this site is legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice. How a factoring facility is characterised for legal and accounting purposes depends on the specific structure and the applicable jurisdiction, and you should ask your own counsel and your own CPA.

The charts and the model

The figures on the Why Cash Flow Wins page come from a cash flow model built on stated assumptions. They are illustrations of how the mechanics work, not projections, not guarantees, and not a representation of what any particular business will experience. Your results depend on your margins, your customers, your demand, and your execution. The model deliberately includes scenarios in which factoring loses money.
