How we work
Email is the fastest way to reach us and it puts your question in front of the person who can answer it. Once you are a client you get a direct line and you will not go through a queue to use it.
Paying an invoice to us?
If you are an accounts payable department that received a Notice of Assignment, use the remittance instructions printed on that notice. Those are the controlling instructions for your account and we do not publish them here, because remittance details posted on a public website are exactly what payment fraud runs on.
If you cannot find the notice, or if someone contacts you claiming our instructions have changed, do not act on it. Email us and we will re-send the notice from our own domain.
